A small consulting firm built around one idea: the person advising you should be accountable for whether the advice works.
Aptus Consultants LLC was founded to serve owners and small businesses who were being handed reports they could not act on. We do the opposite — every engagement ends with a decision, a number, and a plan someone can execute on Monday.
We keep the roster small on purpose. The consultant you meet in the first call is the one doing the work.
Home-Tech LLC is our renovation and construction division. When an engagement moves from planning into hands-on building work — a remodel, an addition or a ground-up build — the same team carries it through.
How we work
One number, in writing
Fixed fees on almost every engagement. If the scope changes we tell you before the work happens, not after.
No divided loyalty
We do not take referral fees from contractors or vendors. Our recommendation is the one we would follow ourselves.
Field-tested advice
Our consultants have run jobs, not just reviewed them. Recommendations account for how work actually gets built.
You get the principal
The person on your first call does the work. Nothing is handed off to a junior after the contract is signed.
