We come to the house, look at what you have, and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no sales pitch attached.

A line-item quote with allowances spelled out, so you know exactly what is included before anything is torn out.

The build
A start date, a finish date, and a lead carpenter on site daily. You get a short update every Friday.

Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the job together, fix the punch list, and back the workmanship for two years.
