Home-Tech LLC does residential renovation and construction the way it should work: one point of contact, one written price, and a crew that shows up when it says it will.
We run a small number of jobs at a time on purpose. Your project gets a lead carpenter who is on site daily, not a project manager juggling twelve addresses.
Home-Tech is the renovation and construction arm of Aptus Consultants LLC. On larger projects that means you get planning and budgeting support most builders simply cannot offer.

Fixed written price
The quote is the price. If the scope changes you approve it in writing, with the cost, before the work happens.
Dates we keep
We take on a limited number of jobs at once so the crew is on your site, not spread across six others.
Your house, respected
Dust containment, floor protection, and a clean site at the end of every day. You still live here.
Two-year warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. If something we built fails, we come back and fix it.
